Since my decals are unique and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the decal is incorrect.
I'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of my error. For example if you receive the wrong color or size.
All decals are cut to order. Therefore, if a customer orders the wrong color decal, or misspells a custom decal, returns or refunds will not be accepted.
All decal returns, or quality concerns, must be raised before the decal is installed on a surface. Most problems occur during preparation and/or installation and therefore I can't be held accountable after installation.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you receive a decal that is incorrect from what you ordered, please contact Joel@FatboyDecals.com for a replacement. Be sure to keep the decal and provide photos for proof.
